Department of Archives and medical Documents the hours of work to answer medical records are from 7:00 am to 11:00 am

All of the major clinical records of patients admitted to treatment departments have been scanned since the founding of patients and according to the ministry of health`s notification it can be provided to the patient or his legal representative

Note: when accepting a patient and receiving the patient`s medical records, the preserntation of national cads or patients ID is required.
